Ms. Kline has successfully tried many medical malpractice cases to verdict and has been certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney.  Ms. Kline specializes in pretrial litigation with particular emphasis on deposing medical experts in all types of personal injury matters.  In addition, she represents medical practitioners with regard to complaints filed against them before the various State boards – such as Board of Medical Examiners, Board of Social Workers, and Board of Nursing.  Ms. Kline also oversees the day-to-day management of case files.

 

Ms. Kline received her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Tufts University, graduating cum laude in 1986.  She then earned her Juris Doctorate from Boston University in 1990.  In addition to her work as a litigator, Ms. Kline has published extensively in peer reviewed medical publications on issues relating to medical malpractice.  She frequently presents to physicians in the community with regard to risk management and how to avoid medical malpractice claims.  She was recognized by the New Jersey Law Journal’s “40 under 40.”*

 

Ms. Kline is licensed to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court of New Jersey.
