Ms. Greenberg has been practicing as a medical malpractice defense attorney with our firm since 2023. She is skilled in pretrial discovery, including fact discovery, motion practice, and case management.

 

In addition, she represents medical practitioners with regard to complaints filed against them before the various State boards – including the Board of Medical Examiners, Board of Social Workers, Board of Dentistry, and Board of Nursing.

 

Ms. Greenberg earned her Bachelor of Arts from Bryn Mawr College in 2016. She graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2021. While attending law school, Ms. Greenberg was a member of the Bet Tzedek Civil Litigation Clinic and interned for the Southern Poverty Law Center. After graduation, she then completed a judicial clerkship with the Hon. Thomas C. Miller A.J.S.C. (Ret.) and the Hon. Kevin M. Shanahan, A.J.S.C. in Somerset County.

 

She is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Massachusetts.
