Mr. Cooley has been certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney, and he has particular expertise in all aspects of medical malpractice litigation.  Mr. Cooley has tried numerous cases to verdict.  In addition to his vast experience representing physicians in all specialties of medicine, Mr. Cooley has lectured on the topic of obstetrical malpractice defense and depositions.

 

Mr. Cooley received his Bachelor of Arts from Lafayette University, graduating in 1977.  He then earned his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University in 1981.  In addition to his work as a litigator, Mr. Cooley is a lecturer for the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Vice Chairman of the Branchburg Historic Commission.  

 

Mr. Cooley is licensed to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court of New Jersey.
