Mr. Loughery has been practicing as a medical malpractice defense attorney with our firm since 2017.  He is skilled in pretrial, factual discovery, case management, and appellate advocacy.

 

Mr. Loughery earned his Bachelor of Arts from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, graduating summa cum laude in 2013.  He attended William & Mary Law School, graduating in 2016.  While at William & Mary Law School, Mr. Loughery worked as a summer associate with the Lewis B. Puller, Jr. Veteran’s Benefits Clinic.

 

Mr. Loughery is licensed to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court of New Jersey.
