Ms. Buckley has been practicing as a medical malpractice defense attorney with our firm since 2017.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Buckley worked at a large insurance defense firm in New Jersey, where she gained valuable litigation experience working on personal injury and property damage matters.  She has experience in all stages of the litigation process, including conducting initial client meetings, working on various aspects of factual and expert discovery, as well as examining witnesses at jury trials.

 

Ms. Buckley earned her Bachelor of Science from Saint Joseph’s University in 2011.  She graduated from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden in 2015.  While at Rutgers Law School, Ms. Buckley received the Dean’s Pro Bono Publico Award, which is given to students who have volunteered at least 100 hours of service to the Law School Pro Bono Program.  She also participated in the Immigrant Justice Clinic, where she was able to represent clients of her own while still attending law school.  Ms. Buckley then completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Kevin M. Shanahan, J.S.C. in Somerset County.  

 

Ms. Buckley is licensed to practice in New Jersey and the United States District Court of New Jersey.
