Ms. Finnegan is an experienced medical malpractice litigator.  She has spent years defending complex medical malpractice cases, including the management of all aspects of litigation, such as pre-trial fact and expert discovery, developing complex strategies and working with defense experts, preparing the case for trial, trying cases to verdict, and providing appellate advocacy.

 

Ms. Finnegan received her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Pittsburgh, graduating cum laude in 2007.  She then earned her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden, grading cum laude in 2012.  Following graduation, Ms. Finnegan began her career by serving as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable James Den Uyl, J.S.C. in Ocean County.

 

Ms. Finnegan is licensed to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court of New Jersey.
