Mr. Opacki has been practicing as a medical malpractice defense attorney with our firm since 2006.  He is skilled in pretrial, factual discovery, case management, and appellate advocacy.

 

Mr. Opacki earned his Bachelor of Science from The College of New Jersey, graduating cum laude in 1999.  He then attended Widener University School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2002.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Opacki completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Linda R. Feinberg, J.S.C. in Mercer County.

 

Mr. Opacki is licensed to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court of New Jersey.
