For over 25 years Mr. Esposito has represented the interests of health care providers in a multitude of litigation contexts. These include trials representing physicians, nurses, hospitals and other health care entities in medical malpractice cases and administrative matters including licensure/credentialing and reimbursement issues. He also provides representation to health care entities and non-profit organizations in commercial and employment related matters.
Mr. Esposito graduated cum laude from Boston College in 1988 and received his law degree in 1991 from The American University, Washington College of Law. Thereafter, he served a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Anthony J. Parrillo, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey. He has been published in multiple legal periodicals and regularly speaks at legal seminars on healthcare law related topics. He currently serves as a trustee to the Somerset County Bar Association. Mr. Esposito is Certified by the N.J. Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney and has been recertified several times.
Mr. Esposito is licensed to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court of New Jersey.
