Mr. Buckley is an experienced trial attorney with over 30 years’ experience in litigating and trying medical malpractice and personal injury matters.  He has been certified and recertified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney and has been identified as a New Jersey Super Lawyer* since the designation’s inception.  Mr. Buckley also received the National Trial Advocacy Award of AMR/EmCare, a nationwide emergency medical group, for his representation of emergency room physicians in the State of New Jersey.

Mr. Buckley graduated from St. Joseph’s Preparatory School in Philadelphia and received his Bachelor of Arts from Hamilton College in 1980.  He also attended Trinity College in Dublin during his junior year.  Following his graduation from Hamilton College, he earned his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden in 1984.  Since graduating from law school, Mr. Buckley has been actively involved in civil litigation in the New Jersey/Pennsylvania area.

Mr. Buckley is licensed to practice both in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court of New Jersey.
