Mr. Theroux is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney with particular expertise in medical malpractice litigation.  Mr. Theroux has tried over 150 cases to verdict during his 37 years in practice.  He is rated “AV” by Martindale Hubbell*, the highest available rating for legal ability and ethical standards.  In addition to his vast experience representing physicians in all specialties of medicine, Mr. Theroux has particular expertise in defending nurses and hospitals in malpractice litigation.

Mr. Theroux earned his Bachelor of Arts from Montclair State University, graduating magna cum laude in 1981.  He then attended Seton Hall University Law School, graduating cum laude in 1984.
