Mr. Capoferri has been practicing as a medical malpractice defense attorney with our firm since 2019.  He is skilled in all aspects of pretrial discovery, including fact and expert discovery, motion practice, case management, and interlocutory appeals.  Mr. Capoferri also works closely with defense experts to develop defense strategies.  In particular, his practice is focused on complex litigation involving products liability, catastrophic personal injury, and the defense of excess coverage policies.

 

Mr. Capoferri earned his Bachelor of Arts from The College of New Jersey, graduating in 2013.  He graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2017.  During law school, he worked for the Center for Social Justice in the Impact Litigation Clinic and served on the editorial board of the Seton Hall Law Review.  He is the author of “Clean Power and Chevron: Scoring the Fight for Obama’s Climate Change Rule,” published in the Seton Hall Law Review.  After graduating, he completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Amy O’Connor, J.A.D.
