Mr. Shadle has been practicing as a medical malpractice defense attorney with our firm since 2021. He is skilled in all aspects of pretrial discovery, including fact and expert discovery, motion practice, case management, and interlocutory
appeals. Mr. Shadle also works closely with defense experts to develop defense strategies. In particular, his work focuses on complex motion practice, appellate litigation, and catastrophic personal injury.
Mr. Shadle earned his Bachelor of Arts from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, graduating cum laude in 2014. He graduated magna cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2017 and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. During law school, he worked for the Juvenile Justice Clinic and served as Executive Editor of the Seton Hall Circuit Review. After graduating, he completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Susan L. Reisner, P.J.A.D.
Mr. Shadle is licensed to practice in New Jersey.
